Thursday, March 8, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – FHA – Your Door to Homeownership – 3 hour Elective – Bradley Payne, Team Leader, Single Family Program Support Division, Cleveland HUD Field Office, will share the latest changes in FHA rules. He will review FHA regulations and the numerous programs available. Learn how FHA can benefit your buyers and sellers.


Thursday, March 22, 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Buyer Loyalty: Fact or Fiction – 3 hour Core Law - Lawrence Cullen, KWRGC Team Leader, reviews the history of Buyer Agency in the US and Ohio and current. Learn interview techniques to uncover your buyers’ “Big Why”. Find your own Unique Value Proposition for buyers. Finally, learn how to develop extraordinary buyer loyalty.
